How do I use a promo code?
Choose your activity, date and time, then enter your promo code at checkout before completing your booking.
Does the discount apply to the whole group?
Yes. Where a student or Blue Light Card discount is valid, the discount applies to the eligible group booking, not just the person who has the card. Valid proof may still be required on arrival.
Can I use more than one offer at the same time?
No. Only one discount, offer or promo code can be used per booking unless we have specifically stated otherwise.
Do discounts apply to parties or packages?
Discounts do not usually apply to parties, private hire, packages, special events or already-discounted offers unless stated otherwise.
Can I use discount codes on Splatter Studio?
Yes, selected discount codes can be used on Splatter Studio bookings. They do not apply to SEN(D) Splatter Studio sessions, as these sessions are already pre-discounted. Splatter Studio also has separate carer offers using CARER10 and CARERPASS.
What are the Splatter Studio carer offers?
For 2-person Splatter Studio bookings where one person is a carer, use CARER10 for 10% off. For groups of 3 or more where a carer is attending, use CARERPASS and 1 person goes free. Proof of carer status may be requested.
Do discounts apply to SEN(D) Splatter Studio sessions?
No. SEN(D) Splatter Studio sessions are already pre-discounted, so additional discount codes do not apply to those sessions.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes, you may be asked to show valid proof for student discounts, Blue Light Card discounts or carer offers when you arrive.
Can I use a discount with Klarna?
Yes. Klarna is simply the payment method, so valid discount codes can still be used on Klarna bookings. Because Klarna is not built directly into our booking system, we arrange these bookings manually, apply any valid discount first, then send you a Klarna payment link for the adjusted total.
How do I arrange Klarna payment?
Email us with your preferred activity, date, time, group size and any discount code you want to use. We will raise the booking manually, apply any valid discount, then send you a payment link so you can pay with Klarna where available.
Can offers be used on gift vouchers?
Discount codes usually cannot be used on gift vouchers unless a specific gift voucher offer is advertised.
What if my code does not work?
Check that the code has been entered correctly and that the offer applies to your chosen activity. If you still have trouble, contact us before completing your booking.
